Tallau les cebes en juliana, gruixades, i posau-les a foc lent dins la greixonera.<br />
En una paella daurau els calamars i afegiu-hi les espècies i el brandi.<br />
Després mesclau-ho tot amb la ceba i deixau coure fins que sigui ben cuit, 30-45m (heu de posar un poc d'aigua perquè no s'aferri).<br />

Per acompanyar, bolliu l'arròs basmati.<br />
